Healing doesn’t erase who you are.It removes the things that buried who you are.

One of the most misunderstood things about healing is this:

When people like me say change is possible, we are NOT saying:
“You need to change for people to love you.”

That is not what I believe.
That is not what I expect from others.
And it’s not what healing taught me.

Healing taught me something very different.

Change is possible so you can finally receive the things you were always meant for:
peace,
healthy love,
clarity,
safety,
connection,
purpose,
and a healthy mind.

There’s a difference between changing to earn love…
and healing enough to stop living in survival mode.

I never wanted people to become different for me.
I wanted them to understand they never had to stay stuck in pain, fear, unhealthy patterns, or the versions of themselves created from survival.

Healing didn’t make me become someone worthy of love.

Healing helped me uncover the person buried underneath everything that hurt me.
